Nikki Whoops - Returns Policy

We want you to fall love with your Nikki Whoops Boutique purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with you can return them. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. 

Please note: we are unable to accept returns or refunds on sale/clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number. If returned items are not in original condition, they will not be exchanged, they will not be refunded and credit will not be given.

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to cover the postage for the returned item and Nikki Whoops will cover the postage to send the replacement item to you.

Please note: if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your return and send it back to you.

Damages and issues
 
All items are quality checked prior to being sent to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on face masks (due to health and safety reasons). All purchases of sale/clearance items are final.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged (photos and details will be required), not due to change of mind, or misinterpretation of item description.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

The value of your store credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your original order was eligible for free shipping, the amount of $12 will be deducted from your refund or credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
