Nikki Whoops Boutique ships Australia wide and offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $125. A flat rate of $12 for standard shipping will be charged for orders under $125. Express post is available for $20 (within Australia).

All orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post. Your Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to the email address upon the dispatch of your order. Orders are usually shipped within three business days from when you place your order (excludes weekends and public holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period).

We want you to fall love with your Nikki Whoops Boutique purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with you can return them. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.

We offer exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.

Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.

Machine wash on cold delicate cycle, or hand wash inside out for best results. A garment wash bag will help to protect your items and prevent any fabric "fuzzies".

We recommend turning them inside out and washing separately to items with velcro, zips, buckles, hooks etc.

Hang dry in the shade to maintain vibrant colours and quality.
